You cannot train dogs to do anything except tricks.
You can train a dog to do tricks but you cannot train a dog to bite or track etc.
You cannot train a dog to bite. It is a dog's natural ability is to bite.
You can get a dog to bite or track by using a word so he starts to bite and track at the command but the dog already knows how to do these things.
Your persona will dictate how your dog will do these things.
