The talking of Military and Law Enforcement tactics and theory on open or civilian boards and forums shows the unprofessional attitude and the need for a professional forum.
The greatest form of flattery is to be copied.
The greatest danger comes in to play when amateurs try to copy professionals and their tactics.
If you have a Schutzhund dog rappelling down a 60 ft. wall, you have a Schutzhund dog rappelling down a 60 ft. wall
Schutzhund training and tactics carried out in S.W.A.T. or Special Response teams in uniform, are Schutzhund dogs out of their element and team members with a very grave false sense of security.
We at Baden, have been doing this for 30 years and have had many opportunites to put to practical application any and all theory.
We have developed our own line of equipment for special need and multiple use in the field.
I have seen many of my words reproduced and written by others.
For this I am flattered.
Recently it was brought to my attention that a particular person has tried to copy my field and words.
I will tell you this. The first time these people come in to a multiple target situation & their bowels release, they will discover the realities of live theatre applications.
They will realize that the groomed fields and polished attitude does not support practical application.
Then it will be too late.
